The present paper report the reproductive mode of the speciesLeptodactylus natalensis, a member of the melanonotus group,increasing for the mode three proposed in the literature one more species. This reporoductive mode represents one of the intermediates steps from the most aquatic to the most terrestrial modes reported in the genus Leptodactylus.
