The Analysis of facto r of correctionin Unit Feeding and Nutrition isvery important so we can analyze thewaste of vegetables and also the costof unir. Through table of correctionfactor existing, we can compare theI value of correction factor obtained inthe research and check if ir is within areality or if there is toa much wasteand consequent increase of productioncost. It was done analyze in thecorrection factor iti seven units offeedingand nutrition and with five differentvegetables that afier determinedwere compared with tables of correctionfactors existo In the analysisof the correction factor of the plant,it was observed that, onion, lettuceand potatoes had correction factorsabove established by the literature,carrot and chayote correctionfactorsestablished in the literature below.Considering the results, we concludethat the training and supervision ofemployees are needed,from receivingand pre-prepared food.
