Avaliação dos parâmetros cinéticos do sêmen equino rediluido em crioprotetor pós-descongelação

Considering the limitations of the use of frozen sperm in equine reproduction, this study aimed to analyze the motility parameters of equine defrozen semen which was resuspended in cryoprotectant. There were five semen collections using artificial vagina. Each one of this was submitted to standard cryopreservation protocol. The straws were defrozen and immediately analyzed. After that, the semen was resuspended in cryoprotectant and reanalyzed after 5 min. The motility parameters (total and progressive) as the vigor do not present significant differences.
