Hydrocephalus is defined as the accumulation of excess cerebrospinal fluid in the cerebral ventricles causing their dilatation. The purpose of this report is to describe the radiographic and sonographic aspects of a patient with this pathology. The radiographic examination showed the increase and thinning of the cranial vault with a homogeneous hydroaéreous aspect, while the ultrasound revealed the filled ventricles by liquid content of homogeneous anechoic. It is recommended to follow the treatment through the resistivity index of the basilar artery.
